“Do you ever stop talking?” 😂😂

I've been looking all over for this, i remembered it faintly from my childhood. Glad i finally found it
Is that green hud in fnv damn bro
Explosion can mean only one thing, Harry Tipper!
Holy shit what i wouldn't give to have his voice.
from this to " it's too complicated, you wouldn't understand " guess which game sold more
33:18 bad father lore
When I first played this dlc I accidentally killed Follows-chalk during the beginning firefight. The game told me I failed a quest and then gave me a map marker to get back to the Mojave. I thought the dlc was a bit short.
good stuff
don't click read more their spoilers to what happens 😂My first time playing fallout I'm enjoying New Vegas He shoots himself
Amazing voice , perfect .
Why does he instantly attack me ?
Possibly due to your reputation with the NCR/Great Khans, try a great Khan outfit might work
@@TheDavidb1995 It was actually because i had boone with me
New Vegas has a gift for making the most vile people so goddamn charming. And giving them humanity. Like he probably deserves it as much as Elijah, but the fact that by the end though he tries to rationalise it as just good business he does see us as a friend, couldn't imagine anything but saving him. Maybe that says more about players than it does Dean himself. Also the fact he gives actually good advice about surviving the situation vs, God, who I love, spends 15 minutes on loop saying "I can't believe the idiot swallowed his collar. Almost free, then the idiot screws it all up. That PIPboy on your arm, maybe I'll rip it off and wear it around my neck."

Passed the checks, get through about half the dlc, found out from a friend that passing the checks was the wrong decision, loaded an old save and played through the whole thing again just so he wouldn't die.
Captain Ash would have made a great charecter in Team fortress 2.
The first time I heard Dean trying to talk to Christine, I just about lost it. Bro’s basically talking to himself lol
Courier: *breathes* Dean: “And I took that personally”
Did ceaser lowkey say lucius was batting on the other side 😅😅? @10:16
I typically help out the NCR a lot early on in my runs because they're generally speaking very nice and helpful people, and the annoying and useless "top brass" are a far away, abstract concept at the time. But once you start actually interacting with said brass, holy shit is it hard to find any sympathy for those bumbling idiots. I wish there was a way to help the NCR by "removing" all the dumb as shit politicians and generals.
a whole hour and a half of a nothing sandwich and word salad that said "I'm mad because you delivered a nuclear detonator to my home even though as a courier I know that some times we are unaware of what are in packages we deliver so I really shouldn't blame you but then my character would have no meaning... also fuck your robot"
some of these lines are wild as fuck and honestly the main reason they dont need to make more fallout games. you arnt gonna make a thicker plot if you know whats going on
_Honest Hearts_ feels almost like a vacation. No radio, no Republic, no House, no Caesar. Just the wilderness and people who, for better or worse, are restarting civilization from the ground up in their own ways. And a warlord-turned-penitent warrior offering wisdom in a place far away from the bright lights, conspiracies, chems, hookers and closeted cannibals of the New Vegas Strip.
Dead Money also feels like a vacation but you lost your bags and the homeless keep attacking you
And there are people who say Boone is the best companion in this game. I think theyve just never met raul
Boone's the best companion for combat for sure. Raul's my favorite character too.
Could I use this footage for a video essay about the DLC? With credit, ofc.
Yeah sure

“who are you; that don’t know your own history” such a cold fucking line
My first play through, I turned Chief in. My second play through; I’m a heck of a lot older than, and my IRL opinions have changed about the relationship between the common soldier pawns and the bureaucrats that push them around. I want this old dog to retire with his reputation intact. But he does need to be replaced. This decision always leaves me torn.
I think it’s kinda poetic how the Impetus for Salo’s transformation into Caesar was his reading of the History of the Decline and Fall of the Roman Empire. For those who aren’t well versed in historiography; Edward Gibbons work casts a massive shadow over Roman historical study, as not only is it beautifully written, but it’s also one of the most complete and comprehensive histories written about Roman civilization. However, it’s not a work without flaws. For one thing, Gibbon is overtly hyperbolic in his appraisal of the Pax Romana; framing it as a peak period of human flourishing while outright ignoring the fact that Rome was an immensely unequal and militant slave society, one of the few true slave societies in history according to Moses Finley. Furthermore, Gibbon blames the fall of the empire on Christianity rather than the more likely top-down systems collapse that accompanied the rise of the Theodosian dynasty. Gibbon is also the bane of Eastern Roman studies, or Byzantine. As his work frames the eastern Roman Empire as inherently effeminate and autocratic, keeping in line with his suspicions towards Christianity and common prejudices towards the east held by Europeans at the time. I don’t know if it was intentional. But I find it kind of poetic that Salos knowledge of this ancient civilization is a parody of an already flawed work; that for all of his talk of reviving a civilization for the wasteland, he’s created a flawed perception of the past to suit his needs based off a work which ITSELF anachronistically examined the past for the intellectual needs of Gibbon. Caesar failed because not only is he literally stuck in the past, but he’s learning the wrong lessons from the past and repeating its faults.

Who's more ass Domino or Elijah?
Domino is at least an oddly charming asshole, Elijah's just some old punchable guy
I like to think Joshua graham was a previous main character that made it to the end of the game only to be betrayed by caeser
WHO WON THE WAR? I DID!
So we're not gonna sing koombahyah
Do you only have the beat?
Probably the most famous NPC in New Vegas.
I don't have time to do another playthrough these days so I'm binging some of my favourite NPCs dialogue vids from the Fallout games. I think it says a lot that I have zero interest in any NPCs from 3 or 4. They're all from 1, 2, or New Vegas. In all of 3 and 4 combined, there are maybe two or three interesting moral dilemmas, and about as many interesting NPCs. I'm even counting Harold who wasn't a new character in 3. NV was filled to the brim with them. Idc if I sound like a fanboy, but for me, New Vegas is simply the best written piece of interactive fiction of all time.
"The only use for an animal in our temple, is s a c r i f i c e"
I personaly believe that Hanlon is wrong, the NCR goverment would never give up on the Mojave regardless of who defeats them. The guy who made Dust is right, they would keep on sending people to die until an uprising happens and the republic destroys itself. But if the NCR wins they can tax the fck out of vegas and boost their economy big time, not to mention benefit from the dam's power (which I'm sure they could fix after the battle).
lol you don't have to look that deep into it man, he's completely retarded and the people here defending him are far off the deep end. "Son I uh I HAVE to falsify reports from the hostile border cause muh people be young n reasons, I could never commit espionage though I'm a good guy cause I feel bad for those young men"(still let him live cause his voice actor is awesome)
*'democracy is two wolves & a lamb voting on what's for dinner. Liberty is a well-armed lamb contesting the vote.'*
This is the regular game? Guess I don't remember or missed him
DLC, honest hearts

I always thought there was something "off" and interesting about Hanlon since this game was new... just found out today "THE DUCK" voiced Hanlon, and now I can't stop smiling listening to this speech. Country music LEGEND.
Damn how does your game look so crisp??
I know the voice actors is FNV tried hard to make their characters their own, but listening to Hanlon speak was a breath of fresh air in a sea of seemingly bland and uninterested characters. I felt like I was talking to a real life hardened war veteran. The only NPC dialogues i didnt skip
I was so confused, i was doing quests for the thorn, and this guy came out of nowhere and attacked me. Idk what he was doing in bloodborne cave

Favorite cutscene
His voice sounds crispy, the VA did a great job
